How to overcome Fibromyalgia?

The most common signs or symptoms of Fibromyalgia are pain in the muscles, bones and joints, sleeping problems, and excessive fatigue. Fibromyalgia is a chronic syndrome and not a disease.

People of all ages are affected by Fibromyalgia, but women suffers more as compared to men. We don’t realize it until the symptoms gets worse. It stays with the individual for the rest of their life, but its not life threatening.

If you’re often feeling so tired that it gets in the way of everyday work and recreation, then you might be suffering from one of the stages of fibromyalgia.

Doctors from all over the world suggests several catalyst for this syndrome which are often conflicting. Some even think that it’s all in the mind as fibromyalgia has on known cause.

Painkillers, muscle relaxants and other drugs have been found to give a measure of relief from the symptoms of fibromyalgia. Though these medications are cheap in price, but the treatment continues as long as the individual is alive. Certain drugs namely those aid sleep drugs can be dangerous if consumed for a long period of time.

Non-medical treatments as suggested by certain doctors are useful. Massage and chiropractic care and a change in diet may also help. Exercise increases the patient’s threshold of pain, letting them cope with fibromyalgia’s symptoms in a much better way.

The specific causes and remedies of fibromyalgia is not known even today, though these medications, treatments and therapies have been found to give some amount of effectiveness for the treatment of fibromyalgia.

I have discovered both.

The main reason which I believe causes fibromyalgia is due to lack of oxygen reaching the cells in our body. The program developed be me is called the Fibromyalgia Program will treat fibromyalgia with the help of a few simple exercises.
